We believe your privacy is not a commodity.

• Standar does not sell, trade, or rent your PII to any third party. * Your identity is never shared with the suppliers (like Holcim or Cemex) who use our dashboards. They see trends and needs, not names or contact details.
• Your personal data is encrypted and stored in secure silos to prevent unauthorized access.
  
  

3. How We Use Technical Consult Data

While your identity is private, the technical knowledge generated on the platform is an asset owned by Standar. We use anonymized and aggregated Consult Data to:

• Improve the Engine: Fine-tuning our AI to be more accurate for specific local norms like NSR-10 (Colombia), NMX (Mexico), or ABNT (Brazil).
• Supplier Insights: We provide "Control Tower" dashboards to industry suppliers. These dashboards show aggregated technical trends (e.g., "30% of engineers in Bogotá are struggling with high-strength concrete curing") without ever identifying which specific engineer or firm is asking the questions.
  
  

4. Data Security and Storage

We use industry-standard encryption (AES-256) for data at rest and TLS for data in transit.

• Technical Integrity: Because we are a compliance-first tool, we maintain rigorous logs to ensure that the technical advice provided is traceable to the original regulatory source.
• Regional Compliance: As we expand, we comply with local data protection laws, including Law 1581 of 2012 (Colombia), and we are preparing for full compliance with the LGPD (Brazil) and LFPDPPP (Mexico).
